Private use only

This integration is for the private personal use of the authorised account owner only. There is no public signup or registration. These informational pages do not provide access to the assistant or authorise a Google account connection.

The owner should connect only accounts they are authorised to use. Google actions use the granted scopes; permissions do not replace the owner’s instructions about what JARVIS should do.

Owner-directed calendar actions

Calendar creation, edits and deletion are performed on the owner’s instructions. JARVIS must not invite attendees or send messages without the owner’s direction. The owner should check intended calendars, times, timezones and recipients when requesting changes, particularly where other people may be affected.

Review important information

AI can make mistakes or misunderstand requests. The owner is responsible for reviewing important dates, conflicts and completed changes in Google Calendar before relying on them. JARVIS is not an emergency or medical decision service and should not be relied on for urgent or safety-critical decisions.

Availability and limits

Availability can depend on Google, configured AI or voice providers, network availability and permissions. Access may stop when permissions are revoked or a provider is unavailable. Uninterrupted operation, accuracy and successful completion of every request are not guaranteed. The integration is provided as available, without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Todoist and Reclaim, when connected separately, remain subject to their own authorisations and terms. Their access is not included in the Google Calendar permission grant.
