Information and purpose
JARVIS requests the full Google Calendar scope and basic Google identity to connect the authorised account. When needed, calendar event details may include title, time, timezone, location, description and attendees. Information is used only for requested assistant and scheduling features: reviewing schedules, finding conflicts and managing events at the owner’s direction.
Storage and processing
Private infrastructure stores OAuth credentials. Relevant conversations, chat history or generated records may contain calendar information requested by the owner. Configured AI and voice providers may process relevant content for requested features under their respective terms. Google stores calendar data. Todoist and Reclaim are separate, separately authorised task connections, not permissions granted by Google.
There is no sale of Google user data or use for advertising. This integration does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. This notice does not promise particular retention or model-training practices by providers; their respective terms apply.
JARVIS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, revocation and deletion
OAuth credentials and retained local copies remain until the owner removes them. The owner can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops future Google access but does not automatically delete chat history, retained records or calendar events.
Ask the private assistant to delete retained copies of calendar information and credentials. Calendar events are deleted separately, only when requested by the owner; disconnecting alone does not delete them from Google Calendar.
